In defence of the Fender Rhodes. You can forgive the odd
mechanical "wobly" on any keyboard providing the final results are worthwhile.
Mellotrons being the best examples of this theory.
Stick the Rhodes through a chorus pedal and the results were
always magic. However, I now use Native Instruments Electrik Piano 1.5 and it
really delivers the goods. Also has a great Wurlizer piano for those Supertramp
or Hall and Oats moments!
