Mine has got to be The 5th Dimension's "Beautiful Balloon" - not a really horrid song by itself, but when it's stuck in your head for 10 years from the fourth grade on, it's hell - that seems to be what happened to my childhood..Maybe I'm a bit compulsive - you know, compulsive? I found that conjuring up a song from heaven to block out the song from hell, it goes away...I use BJH's "One Night" - magic.great guitar and Hammond licks - especially on the 'Live Tapes' version. Mine is the wedding march (whatever it's called), I've heard it 3 times and I don't ever want to hear it again. 2 ceremonies I won't attend, weddings and funerals. Both equally morose. No, it's I've Got Rhythm played on a continuous loop...without the middle eight.
