Re: [newmellotrongroup] M3000HD

Hello Andy.

The thinking behind it is simple: we have an archive which we have never
exploited other than on mellotron tape. We have been rigid about this for
many a year but JB and I have decided to be less stoical. Dave Kean
released his CD rom years ago to much success and now that Clavia have allowed all
the master tapes to be available to Nord users, why be protective any
longer? If we hadn't joined forces and created the M3000, someone else will
and possibly with inferior sounds. Markus and Memotron can fight it out at
that level and we want no part of it. However, we are besieged by people
who have no space for an M4000 or the money to even buy a digital keyboard of
any kind so we have released a product that is very good sonically for the
growing iPad market. Apple are selling one every three seconds.

Best,

Martin

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
