I was surprised to discover that Tom "T-Bone" Wolk died back in Feb. You may remember him from the "Saturday Night Live" house band. Usually a bassist, seen here playing acoustic and singing with Daryl and Todd. Tom was the bassist for Hall and Oates for 30 years. http://www.livefromdarylshouse.com/index.php?page=ep23 --- In newmellotrongroup@yahoogroups.com, fdoddy@... wrote: > > I agree, great stuff. I listened and watched it in its entirety; high quality audio and video. Nice seeing such gifted and talented musicians playing and singing together in an intimate and fun setting. (Sacred Songs). Stranger than Fripp's Exposure album if that's possible. I guess Hall could have cranked out a polished pop / soul album easy enough but he decided to experiment with Fripp instead. Good for him. > > ANYWAY... Episode #23 of Live from Daryl's house is very good.
