mellotron/chamberlin sighting

2008-01-13 by JMoore6397@aol.com

Good Saturday evening!
My lovely wife and I are watching the Lawrence Welk show on PBS as I type.
(Dodging, Ducking and Hiding) and lo and behold I see the Organ Player playiong
a box resembling the size of a m400 in a custom cabinet. Flutes were playing
but not a flute player in sight. Singers were using wireless mics and looked
to be the early seventies. It was definitely a single keyboard but was in a
cabinet powder blue w/ gray trim and the old LW on the front.
The show is still on @ 7:43 EST.
