New Album: ORBIS

New Album: ORBIS

2011-12-04 by Mike Dickson

The latest and maybe (honest this time) the last album for a while. As
ever, free for anyone to download!

Okay I lied about the last one being the last one. This is quite
definitely the last one for the meantime and has used up just about
everything I have and likely ever will have. This one collects two
things I checked out shortly after Basilica as well as some much
shorter pieces and one hulking great meandering twenty five minute
soundtrack. It also presents two fairly long pieces destined for the
last ever Systems Theory album, but which have been intercepted and
realised here. They both may yet get a final airing. Time will tell.

Hi Mike,

Great news! I really like your music and recordings (especially your tron work). Well done!

I'm curious to know if I could buy a high res version on CD-R from you? I'm willing to pay to cover the costs of the shipping and CD plus I'm willing to donate some extra. The CD does not have to have the artwork, case, etc., just a redbook CD-R, or high res files on CD-R to burn a audio CD-R myself. I can get in touch by private email.

Cheers!

Very nice job on "Orbis", Mike. I d/l it a few days ago and have had
it on deck while I've been programming. Excellent album. (applause)

Hi Mike-
Very nice stuff. It fit on 2 cd's, but more is always better. Quite a bit of emotional musical release. And, a real tribute to the "Systems Theory" legacy.
