The Memotron is seen up close and personal. Since it uses the M-Tron sounds, the violins don't sound like the ones that come from the original 3 volumes (which I have). Could they be using the new Streetly M-Tron sounds on their Memotron?

Ohhhh a pitch bend in there too. Nice. I thought I would fall asleep at the start, but the stripped-down sound got my attention. Hair like an 80's synth pop band, but a very good performance. Thanks for posting it Bill.

Sounds quite authentic, that is out of tune.

Does it use the M-tron sounds? I thought they had done their own sampling.

Originally they did use M-Tron, but they probably have now expanded beyond those sets. Looking at their site, it seems all the sounds were provided by Klaus Schulze, who also provided sounds for Vol 3. of M-Tron.

Bill, do you mean Klaus Hoffmann-Hoock? I believe he did loads of the original M-Tron sounds.

The Memotron can use the original format M-Tron samples, but the format was changed for M-Tron Pro and they won't work in the Memotron.

Hi all-
I like it. Her sleepy vocals work well with the 'tron.
