Thanks for finding this article & video.  I remember seeing it played with Linda Ronstadt's band on a TV broadcast many years ago.  Maybe it was on Saturday Night Live, but I couldn't immediately find it on youtube.  A haunting sound.

Here in Toronto we have an ensemble called The Glass Orchestra (who rarely perform these days). They have one without the fancy case.

It would be a great addition to the mellotron tape library.

I believe that the MA library already contains a "Wine Glasses" tape. I've never heard it, although apparently it's quite nice.

Streetly also has the Wine Glasses, although it's not listed on the library website. It's also in M-Tron.

I remember Pink Floyd made use of the wine glasses during the "Shine On" session.
Not only as instruments but also as beverages I would assume.........

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
