John is my friend. Mel belongs to me. He is not my alter ego and either is  
John. John is Bernie's alter ego. Mel is my wooden musical slave. He does 
have  Internet access, but right now he is earning me money so I took his 
tablet away  from him.  You would  do well to be his friend. There is no better 
way to waste time on  Facebook.

In a funny (weird) sort of way, I'm a bit relieved that John Nichols has  
been name-checked on this forum. He (and Mel o'Tron) both sent me FB 'friend  
requests' a few months ago - I declined both as I thought they were 
'wind-ups'  of some description. Besides that, I thought FB friends were people 
that  actually knew each other!

There is no apostrophe in Mel's name. His name is actually spelled  
Mel-O-Tron but Facebook forced him to change the spelling to Mel Otron. He is  
English, not Irish although he thinks he is Mexican.

German and Scottish primarily. I think there might be a bit of Irish in  
there somewhere way back, though. And way, way back, I had an ancestor who  
escaped to Germany from Spain during the inquisition. Now part of the German  
heritage.
 
My grandmother was a historian so I know my ancestral lineage. Well, it's
