The Mellotron Group

hello group! 

this is my first post to the group,  i have a nice novatron that was 
serviced by streetly a while back (thank you Martin and John)  which 
is good fun to paly around with.  

i'm in a band called The Purple Children and have started to 
introduce some of the tron to a couple of the tracks.

It is sofar on two tracks one is violins and flute blend and the 
other is the good ol 8 voice choir and strings blend.  

i have a ropey ol demo of that one on our band site, the track is 
called deep flesh wound here is a link to the front page.

i doubt anyone will like the first track as it's a bit pop like, but 
some may like the one with tron in! as i said, its ropy at the mo cos 
i've layed down all the tracks and i'm no guitarist (my band mates 
are currently working on those, also the vocals are flat, it's a work 
in progress.

the photos, covered in papers hee hee
