The Mellotron Group

hi folks...

anyone here know anything about www.mellotron.de ? Klaus Hoffmann-Hoock ?

this was new to me, thought i might not be paying full attention and may have missed this coming up before...

Klaus is a very good friend and the least germanic german you're ever going  
to meet.  He's owned over 30 mellotrons, has long hair, a lovely wife and a  
silliness that belies his fatherland!  I've heard him fart and it was  almost 
English apart from the teutonic toot.

Klaus restored my M400 earlier this year, did a great job at it too !  also
had a great time going thru his ( big ) collection of Mellotron memorabilia
/ pics and hearing Klaus' interview with Les Bradley which he taped,

in the middle of  which Mr.Smith is clearly audible in the background doing
a impeccable  german impersonation  J
