Re: Frame on eBay

Someone paid $360.00 for an old frame with crapped tapes. That more than a
fine new frame from Streetly. Someone's nuts. Could the one who bought it
have the initials V. G.?

Who's VG?

I admit I bid on it. Only in the $260 range though. Anything more than that wouldn't be much of a deal. My Streetly frame absolutely kills the original that came with my tron to the point where having a period-correct spare frame holds little appeal. I'm all about saving money though. Too bad I lost. I had grand dreams of adding oboe, viola, and bassoon (or bass clarinet) to my arsenal. Oh well. Not a priority now. I really need to replace my CMC10 sooner rather than later, however much more fun a new set of sounds would be.

Get the bass clarinet. It's guaranteed to move your bowels at high volumes. Have an "Epitaph" moment of your own.
