OOPS- Correction, Bob Moog signed my copy of SWITCHED ON BACH, not THE WELL TEMPERED SYNTHESIZER.
It must have been one of his last public speaking engagements, since he was diagnosed in April this year and this event was April 19th. He seemed to be in good spirits that evening, speaking alongside TOM OBERHEIM, DAVE SMITH and ROGER LINN.
