If I recall, those are standard parts.  Get the model # off of them, and
go to your local electronics place, and they should be able to
cross-reference to whatever brand they carry.  Don't cheap out of them
though - get some quality ones, or you will have stability problems. 
They may cost $ or $5 each for good ones.

If you don't have an electronics store nearby, look up mouser and give
them a call.
