It is a Hammond Synthesire an Hammond analog synthesizer from the seventies.

I believe Hammond released that synth in the 70s. I saw one once where I used to take organ lesson at a Hammond dealer. I don't know if it was manufactured by Hammond or if was manufactured for Hammond, but it was all push button selected waveforms, filter response, enevelopes. there where no knobs to tweak. A few years ago, Keyboard Magazine featured one in the "Vintage Synthesizer Column". You might be able to go to their sight and check their archives.
