  Either corrosion-affected traces or parts are failing, or the CMOS SRAM
chip has reached end-of-life.  I've had to replace more than one SRAM
(even with no corrosion apparent on the board) due to age.  You might
double-check that at least 2.2 Volts is measured on pins 18 (plus) and 9
(minus) of the SRAM chip IC32 with the power off, and close to 5 volts
with the power on.
