Hallo Ken! >>I just want to let you know that I added a MIDI retrofit into my >>old Korg Polysix and it works fine! >> >>I got it from the company "virtual-music" in Vienna/Austria - they >>sell it over their webpage. > >It's certainly a relatively inexpensive option. It seems to do "just" >notes on/off (polyphonic, though), right? No mod wheel, pitch, program >change, etc---more like a keyboard replacement. BUT if all you need is >note on/off, that'll be just fine. You are right: it is just a note on/off interface. But as my keyboard had contact problems and the known cleaning tips didn't help for a long time I needed a solution. And now I can use the Polysix in my midi-compositions and don' thave to add it afterwards in the harddisk recording process. >I've added it to the Links page at the YahooGroups site---thanks for >sending it along! Fine! I think that it could also help others! Ciao Peter
