Hi Daniel, Ah, well, persistence always pays off in the end. Glad you found the open circuit and you are back in action. The manual is asking you to connect to the VCA MOD out. Fortunately the guys in the R&D lab have thought about this one and you can connect your probe to the point marked TP5. I see you took the hook-style point of the old board so you should be all set. In terms of a good grounding point for the other end of the scope probe I find the GND point on the KLM-366 is handy. Watch those trigger levels now!
