This problem is an utter stinker! I have now had the suspect board running for almost 12 hours without a glitch. The owner was seeing consistent problem after 20 minutes or so. There has to be some noise getting in somewhere and this is specific to the Polysix it is located in. This board was soak tested for almost three days without issue before it was shipped! I will have a play with the cable routing to see if this is an issue. Oh, BTW, the board has been tested with both a KLM-366 and 366A as I though this might be an issue, but clone remained stable.
