I doubt that this noise is induced by interference. It is clearly a 
single signal with increasing frequency counting up to 8 variation 
directly related to the keyboard.

I think we should focus on finding the place where this kind of signal 
is generated. It must be a chip, which is addressed by three bits (or 
more more bits, where three of them are shared with the keyboard matrix) 
and it must be a chip that generates a frequency (clock, reset signal, 
... ) depending on this address.
