Hi- I've replaced several of the switches -- they're available off-the-shelf from a number of suppliers (will get you some numbers tonight). Unfortunately, that's only the switch -- the switch CAPS are not available from any source I know of. (standard procedure is to save the old switch cap & mount it on the new switch). As for the volume pot -- it's just a 10K linear taper pot; any one of that value that's the same size will work just fine.
