P6 w/ kiwisix - sync midi to external clock

How do I do that? I use Ableton Live and I would like to sync the P6 arpegiattor to Ableton's midi clock. I've set up the midi in/out from the P6 to my PC (via midi-to-usb). I must be doing something wrong as the P6 does not sync or allow the clock to be controlled by Ableton.
