No, once you’re a member of this group, no approval of any messages is required. Unless you have misbehaved and I set your status to moderated. :) 

To be sure I checked the queue if there were any message to be approved and there were none. Yahoo logs indicate no other messages from you received, so it’s out of my reach of influence. I think it must be an issue between you, your ISP and/or yahoo I’m afraid.
