Ok i tested/swaped the CEMs and its not a cem related issue.

was kind of hoping it was for an easy fix, so if anybody knows where to look or start!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
