Sequential circuits samplers

Hi

I just bought a prophet 2000 - without manual, disks or anything else 
(except a very heavy flight-case)

I'm currently trying to work out how to program it - with some 
success, but the inevitable frustrations (why hasn't someone posted 
at least a command-map for it on the net somewhere?).

However, when I get to the "Fd" menu (assuming this is for formatting 
disks) the drive starts up, then the message "Lh" appears - I have 
tried using DD and HD disks (I found some old DD ones lying around, 
fortunately) but same message with both.

Can anyone tell me what this means, or if I'm not doing it right how 
to format / save to disks?
