Sequential circuits samplers

I'm in a kind of dilemma. I have that P2K which is in a very good
shape but doesn't boot up. How practical is the instrument to use if
at all ?
I'm thinking about parting it out but not sure if that's a good move.
I already have a P5 Rev3.2 in a perfect condition (I restored it) so
I'm not sure dealing with tons of floopy disk just to get "that" SCI
sound will interest me. Is it easy to use ? Can you make sounds with
not much hassle ? How much does it sell on ebay ?
