Sequential circuits samplers

I forgot- is it a slo-blo fuse?

I also checked the fuse, and though it was not 'broken' it didn't quiet 
look ideal either, kind of 'burned', but that may been caused by me 
turning on the power. Anyway, I'll check if the voltage is correct from 
the chords.
