I used 6021 submini dual triodes on Rene's VCF, no problems (with the tubes at least), but not with low voltage - 150V. I think your main difficulty will be the feedback section - may need to try different transformers or do away with the trans. altogether... Also used EF72 submini pentodes to build Judd's Auto Bell Gate. It works but it is hard to get much more than a big voltage spike (~100V) out of it, am experimenting to get more slew.
