Tube synth diy

I actually had that book back in the 70's - don't know what became of it.  I
don't recall if there were any schematics in it or not.

Oddly enough, you can still buy it new from Amazon for $10.95 - so I guess
I'll get another copy!

I just ordered Olsen's book (who wrote this paper) - Music, Physics &
Engineering, thru the library.
hopefully he remembered to include component values this time
