The conditions have to be right for the PWM to work. Do you have the 
square (pulse) wave slider up? That's the waveform it modulates. It 
also modulates the duty cycle according to the LFO. If you put the 
PWM to 50%, and lfo to the lowest frequency, the oscillator on square 
wave, you'll get a nice chorus sound on the axxe.
