Vintage Synth Repair

I just managed to snag an FZ-20M on eBay.

However, it did not come with the floppies of 'optional' software, and
one of them is cirtical in order to install a SCSI hard drive.

Does anyone have these floppies or know where I could get copies?  I
would be happy to pay for media
and mailing charges!
