Hi Max,
Yes, the 3620 keyboard controller is specifically for the Arp 2600 and
is not very useful otherwise. 

Depending on its condition, you could probably sell it on ebay. I saw
one go for about $700 US earlier this year. But it was in excellent
condition, as I recall. 

I recently resored my 3620 by replacing the key bushings, cleaning the
three contact buses, cleaning the keys, and calibrating the output
voltage.
