Vintage Synth Repair

For the price you'll have to pay for a CS01, you should be able to
find a Novation Bassstation. The CS01 is great, but extremely limited.
If you just have to have a CS01, then that's what you want, but if
it's a CS01 or something else, then it's probably not the synth for
you.

And for just a bit more than the price of a ARP AXE, you could
probably have just as much fun with an easier-to-find and more
flexible Korg MS2000 or a Korg Prophecy.

Though I don't quite see what this has to do with repairing vintage synths...
