I actually forgot a few :

Oberheim OB-SX - Constant crackling sound in audio output

Oberheim OB-Xa - Locks up when entering patch write mode

Moog Multimoog - Ribbon not working

Roland TR-606 - No power from batts or AC

Oberheim OB-8 - 1 voice won't tune up. Tried replacing w/other 
3340s but still doesn't tune

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
