Vintage Synth Repair

It takes about half an hour.

I'm not at all sure it ws there before I took the boards apart and 
painted the machine. 

To make sure it is not a short caused when assembling the entire unit,
I connected ONLY the main board voltage line to the PS and it still 
got heated as well.
