Vintage Synth Repair

Hello,
does anybody have a service manual for an Elka Synthex?
Or anybody have an information that may help?

Everything is off, but the fan still spins.
I'm guessing that it's a power problem as the fan comes straight off 
of the power supply, not the power board.
