Looking at the Odyssey tech manual, the only "chip" connected with VCO
2 on the Revision 1 board is a quad input NAND gate, which should be a
simple fix.  On the Revision 2 board, there's also an LM1458 and a
CA3086, which might be harder to find but not impossible.  You don't
mention what kind of Odyssey you've got: I, II or III?

There's nothing on the Ody that is special; it's mostly discrete
components, apart from the "sealed-in-resin" filter modules.

Anyway, I doubt that your problem is a "chip".  More likely a
transistor or diode.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
