Hi,

You'd better use a TL082 instead of the 072. You'll usually find that the right
replacement op amps will end with the same numbers.

Concerning the 4053, I bet it's a CD4053, so you may not have any problems in
finding one.

And one last good thing, while you're at desoldering chips: use (golden) sockets
!
