Vintage Synth Repair

Hi, the first voice on my Bit One is scratchy, but the rest are fine.  
I've tried switching up the chips to see if it was one of those, but 
it's still the same and always on the first voice.  I was wondering if 
anyone else has had this problem and successfully fixed it, or if (and 
I doubt this), they knew of anywhere I could find replacement chips.
