Greetings:

3M May make a product -- 3m.com -- Although I don't recall seeing any
that really have a setting characteristic to them, but I am sure they
exist.  They are usually a grease like coumpound and you use a clamp
or bracket to hold the parts togather.

An option is JB Weld, available at most automotive stores, Fleet Farm,
etc.  It is a metal filled epoxy polymere that is good to about 600
degrees.  I have used it to mount a steel plate on an aluminum oil pan
for a magnetic heater.  Works very well.  I am not sure if it is
electrically conductive -- I haven't tested it. Also it is pretty
permanent, but could be removed I suspect if you didn't use too much
to make the bond joint.
