Vintage Synth Repair

hey,

i just finished repairing my juno 106 voice chip when suddenly i
realized it wasn't on, and now it's not powering back up. it worked
fine and was running as usual. i was letting it warm up for ten
minutes before calibrating the trim pots. 

it was voice five if that matters.
