Vintage Synth Repair

did it start suddenly or gradually? could give a clue as to what
component has failed.... is the noise related to one pitch or does it
seem to be the whole scale sounding at once? 

but without schemos, we're poking around in the dark here. anyone know
what the rs09 architecture is? seems to me to be a twelve-osc
top-divider type thing.... anyone got any thoughts on this?
