Vintage Synth Repair

You should be able to scrape off the protecting layer over the trace 
with a miniature flat blade screwdriver. Then, you could use nickel 
paint to patch it, or one of the products used to repair car rear window 
defrosters (should be cheaper and you won't be forced to buy ton of it).
