Hi Mike, When I bought mine the pitch bend did not work. This is software controlled. The service manual has a calibration prodedure to adjust the pitch bend wheel. I would ask them to check that, and if that is the problem, I would hagel them on the price, considering you had to offer the solution. Or, if that is not it, then a parts machine it would become.
