Feeling lucky: Got me a Mini !

2008-11-08 by rollingvalleyradio

Hello all. I'm a new member to the group, joining in hopes of asking
for info along the way in restoring a very nice old MiniMoog.

I was gifted with a really spotty Mini a few years back when a
Syracuse radio station began ditching a lot of their old written-off
gear. Once I got it, the plastic keyboard keycaps went thru the
dishwasher, anything with a movable or friction-fit contact got
tooth-brushed with Caig DeOxit, the cabinet got buffed up and now it
looks proud again. Electronically it needs some TLC, which I'll be
doing along the way.

The entire story on its acquisition is here:
62when(dot)com(slash)minimoog.htm
...and again from time to time I'll be posting a question or two here
to bring it back from its coma. Looking forward to your help and
encouragement as the project commences.

Regards,
Alan Peterson
