Vintage Synth Repair

Hi fellow analog fans. I'm troubleshooting my 200 and need to see if
any of you know the specifications of D1, D2, and D3. All are the same
type of diode. The manual I have has several copies of the schematics
and different Wurlitzer part numbers (different periods in the company
life I suppose). All three carry the same number in one listing:
202050. In another D1 is an 11 0769 where D2 and D3 are 11 0771.
Anyone have current and PIV ratings for them or industry part numbers
for replacements? 

I also have several sticky keys. I've read the manual about easing
keys and wondered if anyone has had to do this and if the suggested
tool is indeed readily available. Thanks for reading.

Oh yeah...anyone replaced the power jack with a current standard 3 pin
jack?
