Vintage Synth Repair

I recently bought this organ from craigslist. The past owner had the
thing sitting in a garage for 2 months before he sold it to me. He
said that the people who owned it before him took good care of it but
one day they tried to start it up and it wouldn't sound (not too many
details other than that). 

I replaced all the tubes, and tried to start the organ. The speaker
makes noise now but no musical sound comes out. I oiled the organ
yesterday (looking at the back of the organ I filled the right most
cup half full, the middle cup half full and put 10 drops in the
vibrato cup) and am unsure how to get it working from here. I believe
that the motors aren't starting up but I don't know quite how to get
it unlocked. Could someone fill me in on how to get this going? Thanks.
