Hm, never knew this group existed til now. In any case: The CS-50/60/80 'M' (master) voice boards are nearly identical among the 3 instruments. If you look at: http://www.cs80.com/docs/schem/cs80_circ5.jpg You can see the two FET switches that gate the saw and pulse waveforms to the filters. My bet is the saw switch-FET died, or its control transistor died.
