I don't know what is Moog Modular Oscillator, and why it should need  
Gate signal. Gate or trigger is used to start envelopes, it has  
nothing to do with VCO.

But general answer is yes, everything is possible with proper  
convertors. You will need to change Korg trigger to S-trig, and Hz/V  
to V/oct for Control Voltage.
