Vintage Synth Repair

wait- it's coming back to me now- I bought replacement keys for my AN1X less than two years ago. I remember cutting my finger while installing them, right before a gig.
they asked me if I was a private person (no, really!) or a recording studio, & when I answered that I had a small studio (as most of us would, I suspect), they dropped the tax. 
so this is a recent development, if indeed it is true.
